Hello there friends! It’s been a hot minute. Life has been life-ing. I have a LOT of updates to share about the house. Some adventures with the DC Department of Buildings, sketchy developers, and the swankification of Kennedy Street.

And I’ve got exciting news! Looks like I’m opening a day shelter for the unhoused in Dupont!
